You should register at Bubblesoft, find the software product you’re interested in and click the following button in the sidebar
You will get to Add new post screen. Here you can add your video as well as some textual description to it. To upload your video click Bubblecast video icon. Flash widget will popup, it will allow you to upload your video file. After upload click Insert into post and something like
